Lotus pattern in two different ways....

Hi guys!

Blogging for two days now - must be a good sign right? I´m having this week off and today it´s raining so what can be more perfect than stamping today?

One of my new stamps is the cling stamp Large Lotus Pattern from Hero Arts. It is so elegant and perfect for a lot of different techniques. On the first card I have mixed the two distress inks Spun Sugar and Bundled Sage. The butterfly from the cling set Butterflies is colored in matching colors with Faber Castell Mix & Match Color Pensils.

On the second card I have been using fall colors - the distress inks Wild Honey and Rusty Hinge. Before stamping I used some Perfect Pearls Mists from Ranger for a soft shiny look.

I can see around the blogs that you are all busy creating christmas cards. Should I make my first one today?

Enjoy your day ladies!
Greetings Sanne
